In early 1999, Ossama Ahmed Zainy Co. for Contracting (OZEST) and Philip Services Corp. (PSC) reached an agreement to supply specialized industrial service operations throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and other Gulf Corporation Countries (GCC) as well as Egypt that PSC utilizes in the US. PSC will continue to provide operational support for all activities while OZEST will supply local equipment, operational labor, and supervisory resources.
The purpose of the company OZEST is to provide specialized industrial services, such as; Decontamination, Chemical Cleaning to support the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Industry. Ossama Ahmed Zainy for Contracting was founded and registered in Saudi Arabia.
With the continued growth of the company and ever-increasing demand for its services. The Industrial Services Division further extended its services into Heat Exchanger Services (incl. Bundle Pulling & Hydrojetting), Catalyst Handling works and Mechanical works.
OZEST located its head office in AI-Khobar, Corniche District Gulf Star Building, Near Le Meridian Hotel, and branch offices in Bahrain.
